1. Closing Down Terms & Conditions

Thank you so much for supporting Beau Hudson during this time of transition. By continuing to shop with us as we close, you agree to the following Closing Down Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully so that you’re fully aware of these updated terms before making any purchases, as we want to make sure everything is clear and transparent.

2. Final Sale Policy

As we’re winding down, please note that all purchases are final and we’re unable to process returns or exchanges, unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you're happy with your selection before completing your purchase, as we won't be able to accommodate returns or exchanges after the sale is finalised. 

3. Faulty or Incorrect Item Received

In the event you receive an item that is faulty, or incorrect to what you ordered, please email us right away on info@beauhudson.co so we can do our best to resolve the issue ASAP as stock is limited. Please include your order number and a description of the fault/or incorrect item and any relevant photos to help us resolve your order as quickly as possible. 

4. Shipping Details

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order, as we are unable to assist with any delays or lost items caused by incorrect information. We recommend double-checking your payment and shipping details (such as those saved in your BH account or any pre-saved PayPal information) before finalising your order to help ensure everything arrives correctly.

5. Store Credit and Gift Cards

If you have an outstanding store credit or gift card, these are still valid and can be used during our Closing Down Sale. Please note that all store credit and gift cards will however expire upon the closure of the business, so be sure to use them before this date. We appreciate your understanding.

6. No Further Restocks

As we’re coming to a close, please note that there will be no further restocks of any styles or sizes. The items currently available on the website are the last of our stock, and once a style or size sells out, it will not be restocked. This will be your last opportunity to purchase these styles, so we encourage you to grab your favourites before they’re gone for good, as quantities are limited.

As we wrap up this chapter, we may need to update or make changes to these terms and conditions. Any updates will be posted right here on this page, and we kindly ask that you review them from time to time so you're always up-to-date on any changes.
